You said don’t act like a baby

But you never let me grow up

You said I couldn’t be your savior

But you never let me just sit there

You never let me do anything

But you expected everything

I wanted to help

I wanted to save the world

I wanted to write all my sadness and flaws to watch it all fly away through the clouds like in the movies

I wanted to be able to shower of all my sins off to watch them run down the drain

I wanted everything you said

I just want it all
